To complete your package purchase or registration, please login using your LEADS Canada client username and password.

If you do not have a LEADS Canada client account, please register using the "Create Account & Register" button.


PURCHASE NOTICE: Once payment has been confirmed. A LEADS Canada representative will contact you with the access code(s) and registration link(s) required to complete the registration for the module(s) you have selected. If you have not selected a module or modules, instructions will be sent to you on how to claim your access code for future use.

PAYMENT POLICY:
Registration must be submitted online and paid in full in order to receive registration access code(s) and link(s).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Program cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Lynne Marleau at lmarleau@leadscanada.net and received no later than 5 business days prior to the the first webinar of the selected module. Package fees will be refunded retroactively and minus a $15 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellation requests received after the above deadline. No-shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the first webinar. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Prior to 2 business days before the first webinar, LEADS Canada reserves the right to make changes to the programs or facilitators, if registration targets are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. If the webinar is not held for any reason, LEADS Canada will refund the full cost of the module or allow participant to select an alternate module.
